Night and Day 10/20/2016 I don't get out of bed before 7AM. Just out of principle. Most of the time I'm awake and stirring in my tent well before 7AM, but I refuse to leave the warmth of my sleeping bag, my sacred haven of solitude, until at least 7AM. Everything is a little different in the morning. My feelings, my attitude, my energy levels, everything. After I check what time it is, I check the status of each of the important body parts: feet, still there; calves, tight but functioning; hammies, perfectly fine.
